    Historical share prices and market capitalisation
    Each company, both listed and delisted now has daily history for share prices, market capitalisation and shares on issue. Daily data is available from 1 January 2000. Month end data is available from January 1988. Both adjusted and unadjusted prices are available.
    The advanced search tool allows you to retrieve market capitalisation for all or a specified group of company at a specific date.
    Individual directors’ report
    Each individual company director has a report that includes:
  • Current and previous directorships for both listed and delisted companies
  • Change of position within each company board
  • Current committee memberships
  • Current shareholding for each company
  • 12 months trading history for all companies
    • Company committee composition
    This tab displays the names and positions for members of:
  • Audit Committee
  • Remuneration Committee
  • Nomination Committee
    • Corporate actions
    Details of bonus/rights issues and company reconstructions, as well as many other corporate actions, are available from July 1999 and updated weekly.

  • Company Reconstructions which include, for example, schemes of arrangement, consolidation and share splits.

    • Shareholders’ trading history
    A rolling 12 month history of all trades for both directors and substantial shareholders. Details of trades can be downloaded to excel. Date of the trade is included with a link to the pdf of the original announcement.
    Enhanced financial data
    Easier to read financial data provides more relevant information at a glance.
    You can now specify more criteria in the Advanced Search, with the following data points available:

    You can search for a word or phrases in the text of these documents, and/or search for all documents meeting one or a combination of criteria:

    • Password controlled Alerting Tool
    The new alerting tool now allows users to set up secured alerts with password access. An usecured alert can be sent to five different email addresses.

    • Alerts can be delivered immediately or as a digest at the end of the day.

    Listing Rule Waivers - 5 year history of Listing rule waivers
    Listing Rules Waivers Search contains a comprehensive list of all waivers to the Listing Rules over the last 5 years to present.
    This section chronicles when the ASX has exercised its discretion and granted a waiver from the ASX Listing rules.
    Waivers are Updated on a monthly basis and include information such as: Organisation; Rule Number; Decision Details; Basis for Decision
    This Feature will allow you to view all Listing Rule Waivers (LRW) for the last 5 years.
    Please utilize the search function within the LRW PDF document for each period to search for the desired Waiver.
    We have separated the LRWs into 5 year files. The 2010 link will contain data up to and including the previous fortnight
    Listing Rule Waivers are found within the SEARCH TOOL
    We are building more search options to enable comprehensive screening for Listing Rule Waivers. We will advise once these become functional.
    New Company Summary format
    You will note that we have updated the format of the Two page Company Summary available for every company in the Datanalysis database.
    Key changes are as follows:
    Expanded Financials and Snapshot details: Up to 10 years of Key financials and Key performance Valuation Profitability and Financial health data. We have also included up to 10 years of Trading Volume data.
    Investment Style: Style The morningstar Style consists of nine categories that provide an overview of the investment strategy. The style is comprised of a combination of market capitalization of the security and the investment style (value, blend and growth).
    Dividend History: Details on Ex Dividend Exdate , Total Dividend per share amount, Franking and Payment Date details
    Directors: New presentation format providing a clearer view of board hierarchy
    You will find the new format more informative, we have retained most of the previous information of the old format and added various new data items as outlined above
